Hi guys. Id like to propose 2 changes

1 = allow medkits to be used by the squad itself.

2 = allow scopes to be used on the move (since they are now nerfed) like a tank commander upgrade.


oops. i made this thread in the wrong section.. can someone please put it in coh2 balance forum.
