CoH2: Faction's native language?

Is there a mod out that allows Soviets to speak Russian, Germans to speak German, and even the Polish Partisans to speak Polish? It would be add a great feel to the game. You can currently install German, Russian, or Polish language packs on Steam but it can only use one language. CoH1 did this with the Germans and it added a nice atmosphere to the game, although I had difficult time understanding what's going on when the German commander is speaking so having the commanders speak English would make it less confusing if the work of this kind of mod is in progress.

In a reddit interview Relic did a while I think they said they would look into this. It was that or some other interview I think.
