i want reduce fuel cost for some doc heavy tanks, but fuel values in ebps files is different with fuel costs in game, so where is commanders files ? + how to change kingtiger cost ? its not doc or a normal unit

When you use a call-in tank ability, you are paying for the ability, not the tank itself. Try changing the cost of the ability instead.
For example, the tiger tank call-in ability would be: abilities/attributes/german/modal_ability/commander_ability/passive_ability/tiger_tank
