mouse doesnot working properly

when i want to move my point of view with my mouse ( left,right,up,down), it doesnot let me just only move the screen to left or up. Anyone has this problem?

Sounds like you may be using windowed fullscreen rather than actual fullscreen. Try alt+enter.
