how to disable main menu background?

I want to disable it because i have max 12-15 fps in main menu. It is bad af. Any idea?

Go to Whatever\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes 2\CoH2\Movies and move the flag_aef.lua to flag_west_german.lua files to another folder. Don't need to touch the .webm ones.
