Flak HT : Which bulletin is better?

I'm having a lot of fun using the Flak HT. I don't care people say how horrible is it, I think it's a much greater suppression platform than the conventional mg: it won't get destroy too fast by indirect-fire and it can be moved around faster. Now I want to use bulletin to buff it, but there is no armour buff bulletin (Why Relic!?) so which one should I use? Or just don't since it doesn't that good of bulletins anyway.

Don't tend to use this thing, but since it's mostly a suppression platform you might as well go with the faster turret rotation. Extra penetration won't achieve much since it can't really fight (most) vehicles anyway.

It can damage a stuart or aec quite a lot though if you can get some shots in the rear armor. though you have to be lucky to pull it off, but for example if you have a raketen werfer near and he flanks around it and you got the truck behind the raketen werfer then you should be able to get quite a few hits on the stuart/aec and scare them off (maybe if lucky into the arc of the turned raketen MVGame) and with vet 4/5 it will be pretty insane the range and damage it has. and it is a fun unit indeed, does more suppression then the mg34 imo, just realy fragile but hey we can pop smoke

Yeah I just checked it. It is the armour "protection", not "penetration". My bad.

That seems better, I guess. I mean the Flak HT is good if the enemies don't go early AT, and going this tactic would make me very much defensive. Let's surprise them when they charge in in mass blobs then (Screw you, rifle blob!!)

None. None of them will have any significant impact, so you may as well use your bulletins on basic infantry and keep it a surprise that you will get the halftrack.

Flak HT
1)need More HP
2) faster acceleration
3) greater speed
Better penetration to repel t70 and AEC a bit

even in that case it must have smoke by default
