I find it pretty hard with the new OKW teching. If they combine maxim spam with Guard motor and heavy mortars, it almost becomes unbearable.
I have had some succes on maps like crossing in the woods where I just get 2 LeIgs, but other maps are just very hard. Any tips?
How to counter maxim spam as OKW?

Occupy buildings, always aproach from multiple directions,burn them with flame nades spam and use kubelwagons, also buy the maphack halftrack. Thats for maxims
Guards are harder. They are glass cannons so try lure them into close range fights. Otherwise keep avoiding them until you can overwhelm them by numbers.

Scavenge doctrine. Get a medic truck and conserve fuel for the ostwind. You won't need as much munitions either with infiltration grenades being 15 muni. It's a doctrine that does well when your resources are cutoff. You can use the IR halftrack for calling in recon squads at opportune times. Get that MG up asap.
