Graphic Settings Keep Changing

No matter how many times I tried and did change the graphics to high-ultra everytime I open the game, it just simply sets it to %66 fricking resolution minimum presets. This happened after the big patch and game's loading screen is fucked up a bit too. I need some solutions.

Nvidia or ATI? Can't speak for ATI but using Geforce Experience you can start up the game with predefined settings. Don't know if this helps.

AMD Radeon Sapphire R290 Tri-X
I dont think it's about the gpu tho.

maybe your cfg files are set to read only, so even when you change setting in game, when you open the game again it load default settings.

Okay bro, seems like the GPU's driver was the issue, updated it works somewhat decent now. Imo game loading screen is still much of a demanding process though
