The conclusion "stay away from the consoles" is my life motto 
As a side note I tried to play wfa version of coh2 on IntelHD once. It was much worse than this video. Not only 10-15fps on lowest settings and 0.66 resolution but also some textures don't load at all on lowest settings so for example usf rifles look as if they were in white winter uniforms in summer

Wow, for a game to be released in that bad of a state, you just know there's probably some complete cheapskate arsehole management involved. This reeks of Tales from the Trenches type bullshit.
