I don´t like that bulletins can´t be stacked. They lose their whole point imo.

They are useless gimmicks now. More if an eye candy then an actual impact. Good post btw

now that bulletins can't stack, the bonuses should be more in the range of 5-10%... so they make an impact on the game. the whole point was that it gives your units a boost but also gives your opponents a hint about your playstyle.
