Any problem with the servers?

the patch cause a error in the instalation,it stops at 84.4 from the89.9 mb,now I try to reinstall the game and it stops at 58%.

Certain Steam servers seem not to distribute it properly.
Use US Boston or New York, i.e., as download-region in Steam.
