How to fix Missing Map Entry Point

Hi. One of my dispatch abilities have a "Missing Map Entry Point". How do I fix it?

did you put the map entry point from "ebps -> gameplay -> 'map_entry_point" (or something like that) in worldbuilder and assigned to correct players?

I'm using CoH2 Tools, not WorldBuilder.
EDIT: To specify further, I'm using a vanilla map to test my mod. I assume it might be something in the ability_bag that's affecting it, been checking it.

UPDATE: Looks like it's probably a problem with the building I"m using. I switched the abilities over to a HQ building and now they're working.
