M2HB .50 cals untargetable

I can't seem to target the uncrewed 50 cals with any of my panzers, maiking it a bit hard to disarm USF players. The tank just can't attack move the machine gun, but targets vickers and maxims just fine.
WHERE ARE MY FEMALE PARTISANS GODDAMIT?!?!
