M8A1 Scott construction time

As the title reads this is about the construction time of the M8A1 scott and I have a question about it. Why does it have such a lenghty construction time? It takes so long man.. The vehicle isn't any super hero unit, so why?

M8 Motor Carriage
• AOE mid modifer from 0.15 to 0.25
• AOE far modifier from 0.05 to 0.10
• Build-time from 80 seconds to 50 seconds.
• Health from 320 to 400.

The only reason COH2 is still around, is because it's preserved by salt.

I see thank you. But 50 seconds is still pretty long, but better than 80 seconds.

50 seconds is enough for M8A1, then again who the f... builds a M8A1 in a 1v1 anyway?
