Permanently BannedPQ stated in his stream yesterday that the pin on retreat is unintended.
Stands to reason that atleast that part will be adjusted in future.

The strafe is rediculous. It is far to powerfull. If I see the flares of the airstrike and I retriet immeadiatly the plane will kill some men and follow me in to the base.
