We all know about the beta War Spoils requiring finishing matches to earn points to buy stuff. So the question is that does it count previous matches(win/lose) before the implementation or is everyone start at zero?

All duplicate bulletins will be salvaged for 500 coins.
Sadly this means no more stacking and bulletins will be utter useless.
