Ardenne Assault - Rangers and Cavalry riflemen bug

First off, I´m playing on mac. When I call in rangers, they don´t get the shreks even though I have upgraded them with it. And if you call in cavalry riflemen, you just get the truck and no cavalry riflemen. I have unsubscribed and deleted all mods as others have suggested, but it didn´t fix it.
