Nerf or Buff? Instant Build

As the topic suggests, one of my mates found out that, Advanced Cancer Commanders Infantry Sections seem to build it quicker, instead of having to build emplacements with 30s more than Royal Engineer do. The emplacement can be finished almost instantly.

In short, nerf becomes buff

I don't have this commander so I can't reproduce it myself, is it real?
If not I will delete this thread

OK, I have tested it myself (verified)

It's not what they told me but the bug is still there, Tommies can build emplacement as fast as Royal Engins, which is contradict to what patchnote says.

"Infantry Section now take 30 seconds longer to build Emplacements and the Forward Assembly."

In test they only need 30 seconds to finish a Mortar pit, exactly as RE.
So I think the devs made a mistakes by setting the build times to 30s instead of +30s

Also, maxims have been nerfed this patch:
- MP cost from 240 to 220.
- Build time from 24 to 20 sec.
- Set up time from 1.5 to 1 sec.

No, I was kidding, I just reversed the nerf from the patch notes since that's whan you suggest happened to the emplacement "nerf".

Fortified Emplacements is now even more useless tho, 75 muni for something that's barely noticeable, should have had the price down the 50 as well. And yeah I know this is not a discussion about it I'm just putting it out there, Counter-battery is the real problem here and not just for the Axis players but to the Brit user on larger maps as well.
