Think this should be limited to one call in at once?
e.g. both players call in p47 or stuka strafe at same time? its pretty op tbh all you need to do is get 1-2 shots off on the tank before hand or even better a snare or the best of them all relic pathing due to a tree (MVgame) almost no chance to avoid the 2x call in.
Thoughts?
off maps and abilities limited to one user at any one time.

If you apply said limits to all factions, and include offmap artillery, then yes +1.

Aren't these abilities referred to as "offmaps"?
Odds of a team calling in airstrikes at the same time at the same location, notwithstanding the odds of both players actually using abilities simultaneously, and have the munitions to pull that off, are a bit isn't it?
Also this would naturally progress to "omfg back-to-back fear prop artillery against 4 Soviet opponents."
