Having some immense battles that finally make a bit of sense. Still not winning that much but quite a few hour long games with both sides under 100 VPs. Bloody good fun.

I played 3 games vs majority UKF yesterday - surprised I didnt see emplacement spam like we normally do

I've never used emplacements that much, though in general I think you'll find they are a way of getting around the inherent manpower problems the Brits had without infantry Vet. Lose a model and it costs to replace, lose 95% of a pit and it cracks on as normal and just needs some engineer time.
Now that Vet 2 IS and Vet 3 engineers are a bit more survivable you will hopefully see a more mobile playstyle become the meta.
