Hi Guys,
I saw on the relic dlc map rostov that my troops started freezing when they where stationary, like mortar teams for example. There was no blizzard that caused this freezing. I'm about to build a map where I want to use this phenomena but I don't want to have a blizzard. Can somebody tell me how this is done?
Your help is much appreciated.
