I never used to suffer that bad as I have my sound turned down a bit but it was rather amusing watching casters / streamers getting

Reverb has been disabled (several Patches back). It shouldn't be possible for this bug to occur anymore.

Just turn your sound quality to medium and move on. There's no noticeable difference.

Are you sure it isn't just the mic of one of the players, when they see a 20+ RE squad approaching?

Haven't had this problem since they disabled reverb.
