Airborne Paratroopers Concentrated Fire bug

USF Airborne Paratroopers randomly lose their concentrated fire ability when they get their thompson upgrade and have been in combat. It seems to happen randomly as there are times I've gotten vet 3 and lost models and still have the concentrated fire ability.

Should be fixed in the hotfix. Weapon Swapping issue creating a bunch different bugs
