KEYBOARD + MOUSE NOT WORKING IN COH2

Hey all, so i have this recent issue that i can't use my mouse or keyboard in a coh2 match. It happens randomly, and im 100% that my keybaord aint broken since it works fine in everything else.
my pc specs:
Asus laptop n551 jx
processor: quadcore i7 2.3 ghz (turbo mode 3.3 ghz)
gpu: NVIDIA geforce gtx 950m
8 gb ram
100 gb SSD (coh2 is on the ssd)
1 tb HDD
w10 installed (sadly)
I have this issue for a while now and i have tried validating the game cache and reinstalling the game several times by now.
any ideas how to fix this?

Hmm, what actually happens? Does your keyboard just give out together with the mouse?

i can't move my mouse and i'm not able to press t for example to retreat, escape to go to the menu or bind keys to my squads. but i just discovered that it has to do with shadowplay. bcs it only happend when im using shadow play to record
