No, I just checked in the launch options. I just woke up, and it was like this.

The newest version. It's all up-to-date, and I also verified the integrity of the game cache just to make sure that nothing was missing.

Fixed it. For some reason, when I closed Windows Media Player it immediately unlocked (wtf
).
