Hi,
The USF paratrooper's timed charge does not affect any map building's health. The ability's description: "... effective against buildings...". I assume the change was unintentional like the USSR satchel charge?

probably but it IS effective against player constructed buildings like bunkers and OKW tech structures.

There was a a design change to Ambient Buildings (a long time ago) to make them last longer. Explosives like grenades and Satchel charges would damage the squads inside, but not the building. This is currently being looked at for the Feb Patch. (not in Stone yet, sorry)
