Once I knew a site where all official changelogs where posted but I cant find it anymore... Does anyone know where it is ?

There was a thread in offical relic forums but relic forums are in maintenance for 2 months 
but you can find latest patch notes also here http://www.companyofheroes.com/blog and remember incompetence of lelic will never ever change, proofed since september 2006 
PS: and if you have opinion for lelic, don't even bother okay!

April 6th – Bug Fix Patch
This patch was implemented to address some major bugs in Ardennes Assault as well as some issues in matchmaking. A larger update is scheduled for later this month.
* Fixed issue in Ardennes Assault with several upgrades not functioning correctly.
* Fixed issue with Automatch to reduce wait times in certain circumstances.
* Fixed exploit that allowed players to equip items that weren’t for their faction.
