Got Vanguard twice after buying the commander- very generous but totally useless to me.
I barely ever get brit intel bulletins though so whatever came with the faction is usually in the loadout.

Seem to be getting nothing but Brit ones now, though having 4 which buff the AECs max speed by 5% isn't terribly useful.

x1 Infantry section accuracy buff
x2 Cromwell 5% reload reduction
Seem to be the most balanced and useful.
Though might be worth it to switch the x2 Cromwell bulletins with Churchill penetration ones - makes the Churchill able to penetrate the Tiger in a bit more reliable manner.

Ive got all the commanders... 2 of the tac regement i think rng is generous for ukf...
tend to use any buff for if more than others
