So now there is proof of map hacks. It has been going on since 2013. I always thought it was luck, for that mortar round, or tanks being at the right spot. But now i know. Watch this stream http://www.twitch.tv/theomnisauce/v/34383968

We don't deal with public cheating accusations or publicised methods of cheating. I understand you are trying to avoid a situation where hacking is possible and want the developers to know but by posting this you are only advertising a potential way of map hacking.
