How would you go about making British skins considering they don't have any PSDs. It instead requires you to use Substance Designer. Which I don't know how to use.
Which tutorials should I look at? Or maybe someone has a COH2 related guide. Or has even made British PSD files. Or something.

You can use existing skins and making your own psd basic , the skin provided by tools also can be put in a psd and you can make your own layers there, just need to play arround , british tools are not so detailed as the rest.
