help! lost progression

Permanently Bannedso i playd on my laptop to try out, can my laptop run coh2, after that i went back to my PC and steam asked my which saves i wanna use. I clicked something like " download to this machine" then i saw all my campaign, tow, and lots of bulletins progression lost(like kill 600 ppl with hmg, now i have only 14)(this saves from old beta when i playd on laptop). So you guys know how can i get back my latest saves ?

It's weird that the bulletins are also lost - I always assumed they were stored in the cloud?
