Custom skin wont show in the inventory

So the problem is that i cant get my skin to show in the inventory. One thing i noticed is that the file size drops dramatically after exporting the mod, from 16mb tga file to 2mb rgt file. Also there is no errors during the process

Check your warnings.log, located in Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes 2. Also, make sure you set up the attributes properly.

It does say invalid file structure and error loading mod TOC attrib not permitted

That is why. Take a screenshot of your mod, with all folders expanded in Mod Builder (or upload your entire mod folder, minus intermediate cache, to Dropbox).
