.Designate command vehicle

I noticed after I designated a command vehicle and it was destroyed it wouldn't allow me to designate another saying it was limited to 1. Please fix .

We can't do anything unless you have a replay or proof of some sort.

Is this only a 1 time thing? It's happened twice in a row and I stopped using it(tac support commander), I turned recording off during games for better fps so idk. I assumed it just happened every time.
