Adjust scatter to be that of the panzer4. But reduce farther AOE profile so it does like 40-60 damage. Because lets be real the is2 will be wiping squads left and right with a normal scatter profile.
I can just see is2s one shot hardcounter ost infantry with every other shot.

Because the Tiger was supposed to be kind of an allrounder, but ended up as a tank that was just bad at everything. It was slow, expensive, short sighted and fragile. It is supposed to be a vulnerable but hard-hitting tank.
But what about the Pershing? It costs the same, way more fragile and the only trick for it is the double shot trick, everything seems to kill it with ease, heck even a Volk + Shreck is enough to scare it away.
