Weird box after arty/airstrike

I'm sorry if this is somewhat vague, but today playing General Mud (4v4), after several airstrikes and artillery on the middle vp (I can remember seeing a Stuka's creeping barrage and P47 strafe runs from USF), that thing showed up and never disappeared until the end of the match.

Verify your game files in steam client. This happens when game cant load model file from disk so its probably missing or corrupted. Happened to me many times and verify always helped.

Yea looks like a blue cube appears on this map as well when a sturmtiger is called in.
