New Vehicle Pathing on SU M3 scout car and M5 truck

I have been trying SU T1 strategy by using scout car with flamethrower engineer/penal to counter wehr mg's or okw sturmpios and i notice that when i click behind the scout car or the m5 truck they dont do a reverse instead they try to turn their heads towards the direction i clicked but when i do it on my t-34 or t-70 they will do a reverse. So im just asking did the developer forgotten to implement the new vehicle pathing on scout car and m5 truck or it is left intended as it be right now?
