Error with CoH2 tools

Greetings. So I came across this error while trying to create a decal pack:

C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes 2 Tools\Burn.exe failed with exit code -1073741819.

It happened as the mod builder was getting the tga files for editing, as in when it was building the mod file, not the mod itself. Please help.
