How do I know if someone is drophacking?

I believe I may have been drophacked in my last game. How do I make sure though? I'd rather not level a false accusation on anyone.

I checked steam in the overlay, it was online. And it happened right after my opponent lost an IS2 and Kv8.

Any way to make sure?
