Sudden fps drop without a reason

I have a problem with coh2. Since propably october I can not play coh2 because I have circa 8-12 fps without any reason. It has happened suddendly in one game and lasts for today. I have lowest possible grafics settings, up-to-date drivers, and the game still does not work properly - even main menu is lagged! I can play in witcher 3 or bf4 on high details so hardware is not a reason, and I was playing coh2 on this computer before. What is the problem of this issue? I have recently bought British army in hope that issue will be fixed but game is still unplayble.

It's coh, even with highend pc this will happen. All what helps is to get an even better pc.

But I was playing coh2 for few months on this computer. This issue has happened suddendly.
