basically, I can load into coh2 after restarting the computer, but I can't load back into coh2 if I exited the game. the game lock after the title screen but before the SEGA logo movie play.
I need to restart the computer again if I want to load into coh2.

Did you try verifying your game files? Are you video card Drivers up to date?

I verified my game files and reinstalled the game as well, but that didn't fixed it.
my amd driver is up to date.
The game will eventually crash after a few minute of blankscreen and cause bug splat to appear

You're getting a Video Card Driver Hang. Did you recently upgrade to Windows 10? If so, Uninstall your Drivers and Re-install them.

I did a clean install of the radeon driver. I will try it out a couple of times to see if it worked.
