Not ranking up or getting crates

i've played over 10 hours (Separate occasions) and no crates or rank up, im level 6, prestige 2, and nothing, im always connected to the internet and i played without tuning mods. can one of the actual people who make the game tell me whats wrong rather than ignore it.

How many Items do you have in your Inventory? If you have 1000, you'll stop getting items. Hope this helps

what about ranking up? does it just stop because i have 1000 items?(i have only 456) and i found a new bug while playing all obersoldaten with the inferred stg 44, when they die they will do the T model

I play online always, and i never get the connection lost when the match is over

What kind of Matches are you playing? Are you using any kind of Mod?

As i looked on the change log i saw the -dev thing, so i checked if it was on, and it was, after turning it off i ranked up, sorry for the mistake and sorry for taking your time.
