FlaK 38 emplacement added to Ostheer has no crew

I added a copy of OKW FlaK emplacement to Ostheer's Pioneers, but when they build it, it has no crew. Gun works fine, it targets enemies and shoots but nobody operates it. How to fix that?

Check crew_ext.

From what I see crew_ext applies only to vehicles; team weapons and structures don't have it. Or am I looking in wrong place?

Oh, right, sorry. Check that recrewable_ext has an entry for german, and then look through team_weapon_ext.

Everything seems okay there. Crew has no requirements set for faction.
I double checked everything and while testing it again I noticed something weird. When emplacement is build, crew spawns but... instantly dies. The moment the Pioneers finish building the gun, crew appears and small explosion happens that kills everyone (doesn't touch pioneers though). What the hell is going on?

Strange. I would delete it and try cloning again. Are you trying to edit the existing one or make a new one specifically for Ostheer?

I made a clone of OKW's FlaK emplacement, just removed doctrine requirements from it.
