okw flak emplacement useless

This placement (the one sturmpio makes) is totally useless. Mainly because it dies to a grenade or a molotov.
Never seen in the game unless it's trolling.

My Suggestion: Make it unable to decrewed like the ones in the base sector.
Nerf its cost to 30 or something. Adjust HP if needed.

Any other ideas?
