How can I write guides and there is not a singleplayer guide category where should I post single player guides? usf

You can post guides to the Strategy Desk.
Also, if you are interested in writing several guides - I'd fire off a message to our Lead Writer.

Not necessarily, but as our Lead Editor, Fichten Moped, already invited you to PM him in a previous thread of yours, why are you writing this here?

I did send him pm but i didnt even get a respond, mail, badge or anything like that.
Also van voort told me an AA guide would be nice so i decided to write guide but i dont know how so i ask it here
