Re-Connect feature

Could this please be added, it is a basic feature and for those with unstable internet it is an essential one

It already gives you a small period of time with which to reconnect, and if your internet is having worse issues than that (mine can DC for two minutes randomly, so trust me I know what it's like) then you have probably lost the game.
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.
