This faction does not need any huge changes just some minor tweaks to units, doctrines, abilities and thats it.

Giving okw 100% fuel income would break the whole feel of the faction and make it not unique and could break balance so bad it would many months to brig it back in some order. I fully support the 100% muni income only if you remove the transfer ability.

Removing the KT form the tech tree and moving it to a new doctrine would be a great change

All okw needs imo is:

-buffs to T0 units like volks, sturms and the raketen.
-non doctrinal suppression unit that is not a vehicle
-veterancy requirements on almost all units reduced.
-doctrines revamp (so many bad abilities, units and offmaps)

BALANCE PROPOSALS:

-units like the ostwind, luchs, flak ht, hetzer need over 100 cons kill to reach vet 5 witch is way to much, should be lower for those units and for all others except volks

-the flak ht performs very bad compared to its counter parts yet it its the most expensive ad has a setup time

-the volks flame nade costs to much (should cost as a molotov since they are the same), the combat package should get a other ability instead the cold immunity.

-sturms should perform better and cost more (okw should start with the volks to delay the sturms for a little bit)

-raketen is far the worst at gun in the game. Its camo, retreat and garrison ability proves to be a little to no advantage. this unit is so clumsy to use, it makes circles while setting up and retreating resulting ing missing the chance to fire or being wiped, its a common thing for it to miss targets, to hit the ground. in garrisons it shoots at inf, it gets supressd by flak ht-s from max range, and oneshooted by most tanks due to the small weapon size clumped up crew

Doctrinal abillities: breakthrough , emergency repairs, panzer commander, heavy fortifications, valiant assault, radio silence all need to be fixed.

Flame nade and molotov are not the same. Volks drop flame nade 1s faster and the range is x2.
