Moving accuracy

Has anyone done any research on the moving accuracy of the main infantry units? Are conscripts more like volksgrenadiers or like riflemen when on the move? When is it better to keep units still? Panzer grenadiers and shock troops seem to rip infantry to pieces whether they're moving or standing. Is that true, or just my imagination. How about other squads with upgrades?

All the stats are online. In general rifles lose more accuracy while moving than automatic weapons - STG-44s for instance don't even lose any accuracy.
