I've had a couple of matches where I cannot click the button to enable this ability. I've clicked it and the voice acknowledgement will begin but the button will be grayed out for a few seconds before coming back on.
I've also seen the defensive bonus indicator (the little shield) stay over units long after the ability has been cancelled-the units will even indicate that they have the bonus on their unit card. Also, not sure if it's a feature or not, but the Hawker strikes rarely come in when you have units in the highlighted territories.
"Hold the Line" is very buggy

It's not only buggy because of that, it takes retarded choice of sectors...
