USF officers Bug

The USF officers behavior is really strange. The Lt. and Capt. always jump, sprint, search for cover before shooting. Their behavior is rather ridiculous. Often the Capt. suicide jumps into tanks before firing his first shot with the bazooka. How many times did my Lt. loose a fight because he jumped from cover to cover before firing actually back. Why cant the captain just fire like the Volks? They just stop and fire their schreck.

Same issue as with the guards. There are at least 5 threads about this now.

There are at least five threads about it because, AFAIK, it's a simple line of code to fix this issue that has been brought up over and over.
