OKW 1v1 SU sniper/t34 spam

I was in game of 1v1 as OKW and was kinda crushed by SU player, I personaly dont play much OKW in general but this seemed just unfair he was holding me my early game with just 1 sniper duo and t-70 and even tho i came on top he jumped right back after t34 spamming, can add game replay if anyone was interested. I might just be noob as OKW (or in general), but i would welcome any help as starting OKW player
